Suzy Westhoff serves as a case manager in Fairbanks with GE Family Services, working under a partnership with Greentree Behavioral Health—both divisions of Partners Behavioral Health Corporation. In addition to providing general case management support, Suzy leads the Fairbanks-based delivery of the Integrative Wellness and Life Navigation Program (IWLNP), helping clients bridge the gap between therapeutic insight and real-life application.

Drawing from over ten years of experience in both education and behavioral health—and informed by her own lived experience as a neurodivergent individual—Suzy brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients with ADHD, autism traits, trauma histories, and executive functioning barriers. Her work includes home-based skills coaching, nervous system regulation strategies, wellness planning, and resource navigation for children, teens, and adults alike.

Suzy’s commitment to helping others is rooted in her background as a special education teacher and her firsthand knowledge of what it means to grow up feeling misunderstood. She offers compassionate, hands-on support that meets clients where they are—whether that’s in their home, the community, or a group setting. Her goal is to empower people to build structure, independence, and confidence in daily life.

In addition to her current work, Suzy is passionate about supporting children and hopes to expand child-focused case management and summer programming in the Fairbanks area. She believes in the transformative power of early, affirming intervention and is dedicated to making services more accessible and developmentally appropriate for kids in need of support.

Suzy provides in-person services in Fairbanks, with virtual coordination when appropriate, and welcomes referrals for clients of all ages seeking support with life navigation, resource access, and functional skill-building.
