Clinician
Danielle Milliron joins GE Family Services as an MSW clinician. She looks forward to working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and has a special interest in helping individuals navigate the complexities of motherhood.
Danielle Milliron, MSW, is a social worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma, complex life circumstances, and significant transitions. Her background has given her a deep appreciation for resilience and the importance of creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Danielle is passionate about working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulty coping with life’s demands. She has a special interest in supporting individuals navigating infertility, fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional complexities of motherhood. She recognizes that these experiences can involve grief, uncertainty, isolation, and complicated emotions. She believes no one should have to navigate them alone.
Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Danielle draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and her background in coaching to help clients understand unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful goals. She is also pursuing a more somatic-informed approach, recognizing that stress and trauma can affect both the mind and body.
Danielle believes clients already possess valuable strengths and insight. Her role is to help them reconnect with those strengths, build confidence, and create lasting change in ways that feel manageable and authentic.
