Counseling Intern
Emily MacLee, a Counseling Intern at GE Family Services, sees children, adolescents, adults, and marginalized groups in Fairbanks and via telehealth across Alaska. She focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence.
Emily MacLee is a Counselor Intern at GE Family Services, a division of Partners Behavioral Health Corporation. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.
Emily earned both an associate and bachelor’s degree in professional studies with a concentration in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University–Idaho, along with certificates in Marriage, Family & Human Relations and Parent & Family Education.

Born and raised primarily in Alaska and currently living in Delta Junction, Alaska, Emily understands the unique challenges rural communities face in accessing mental health care. She is passionate about bridging gaps in services through secure and accessible telehealth. Emily practices from a client-centered approach and integrates evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. Her clinical areas of focus include trauma, crisis, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, behavioral issues, chronic illness, suicidality, military service member and family struggles, life transitions, and other life challenges within individual and family settings.
