Ana provides case management services through GE Family Services, supporting children and families both in person and through community-based work.

 

She brings a background in psychology, along with experience as a former teacher and family advocate, giving her a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and family systems. Ana works closely with families to navigate challenges, connect to community resources, and access appropriate supports to promote stability and overall well-being.

 

Ana is deeply committed to mission-driven work and to helping members of her community succeed. She takes a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach, focusing on emotional regulation, trust-building, and meeting families where they are. As a neurodivergent individual, Ana is committed to creating supportive, understanding environments where individuals feel seen, respected, and empowered.

 

Known for her calm and approachable presence, Ana works collaboratively with families and service providers to ensure care is coordinated, consistent, and meaningful.

 

Outside of her professional work, Ana is a mother of five and enjoys training dogs, figure skating, reading, and spending time unwinding with a good thriller.
