Case Manager
Ian Byrd offers in-person and telehealth case management in Anchorage through GE Family Services’ partnership with Greentree Behavioral Health. He supports youth, adults, and families navigating housing, benefits, and medical or mental health referrals. Ian helps remove barriers to stability and partners with clinical teams to deliver wraparound support.

Ian Byrd is a Case Manager based in Anchorage, serving clients of GE Family Services through its partnership with Greentree Behavioral Health—both divisions of Partners Behavioral Health Corporation. Ian provides practical, hands-on support to clients navigating life’s complex systems, including housing, food insecurity, transportation, and access to medical or behavioral health care. He works closely with each person’s clinical team to ensure services are well-coordinated and focused on long-term stability.

Ian brings a strengths-based, person-centered approach to case management. Whether helping clients apply for public benefits, follow through on community referrals, or build foundational life skills like budgeting or self-advocacy, he focuses on removing barriers that interfere with well-being. His calm, dependable presence helps clients stay grounded and make sustainable progress toward their goals.

Outside of his work in behavioral health, Ian is passionate about eSports and competitive gaming—a field he was deeply involved in during his time at Thomas College. He hopes to one day coach or mentor others in the eSports arena, blending teamwork, strategy, and support. His ability to remain steady under pressure and to connect with individuals through shared interests makes him a reliable ally for clients navigating difficult transitions.

Ian sees clients in person in Anchorage and also supports telehealth-based case management services throughout Alaska. He works with individuals from all backgrounds, including youth, adults, and families.
