Hi, I'm Zach. I'm a Master of Social Work intern, currently completing my degree at Grand Canyon University under clinical supervision. I help youth, families, and adults navigate trauma, life transitions, and questions of identity to find real healing and a grounded sense of self.

I have a particular passion for working with youth and young adults, a season of life full of real pressure, from figuring out who you are, to navigating friendships and family dynamics, to facing the world's expectations before you've had the time to sort out your own. I try to meet young people where they actually are, not where I think they should be, creating a space where it's safe to be honest, ask hard questions, and grow at their own pace.

My clinical approach draws on CBT and is grounded in the Relational-Attachment-Trauma framework through my training toward CATS (Certified Adolescent Therapy Specialist) certification. My background as a chaplain shapes how I show up in this work as well; I've sat with people in some of their hardest, most vulnerable moments, and that's taught me a lot about presence, faith, and what it means to walk with someone through pain without trying to fix it. I integrate spirituality with clients for whom it's meaningful, without ever assuming it has to be part of the work, and I have a particular interest in walking alongside people through a crisis of faith or deconstruction, holding space for hard questions without rushing toward easy answers. More than any single technique, I believe healing happens in relationship, so I try to show up with curiosity and kindness, so people feel safe enough to be honest about their challenges and what still brings them hope.
