Partnership for Case Management
The Greentree Behavioral Health partnership offers compassionate, hands-on case management services to support clients receiving therapy at GE Family Services. This partnership provides practical, real-world support including wellness coaching, ADHD life skills support, nervous system regulation, therapeutic touch, and help navigating community resources. Whether in-home, in-office, or virtual, our case management team walks alongside clients to turn therapeutic goals into daily success.
Our case managers are here to assist clients in removing barriers to care, supporting overall wellness, and improving day-to-day functioning. Services may include:

Assistance applying for Medicaid, disability benefits (SSI/SSDI), food assistance, or other public programs

Help accessing stable housing or rental support

Coordination with schools, primary care, psychiatry, and other service providers

Advocacy and support for families involved with OCS or navigating reunification

Referrals to parenting classes, legal aid, and transportation services

Support with executive functioning challenges, including appointment scheduling and paperwork

Coaching in daily life skills, emotional regulation, and healthy routines

Connection to local resources for food, hygiene supplies, and community-based services
We especially welcome referrals for clients with complex needs, those in crisis, or those at risk of falling through the cracks. If you’re unsure whether a client would benefit, we’re happy to consult and collaborate with providers to assess fit.
