She helped develop Alaska’s first Transition to Independence Program, which she supervised for over a decade. Her clinical approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and CBT frameworks to foster insight, emotional healing, and behavior change, and is certified in Brainspotting.
As a clinical supervisor, Jen mentors graduate-level interns and pre-licensed clinicians, and teaches Trauma in Childhood at the University of Alaska Anchorage to prepare the next generation of trauma-informed professionals. Jen is deeply committed to promoting compassion resilience and reducing burnout among helping professionals.

She believes in each individual’s innate wisdom and approaches therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a belief in her clients’ capacity for growth. Jen lives in Anchorage with her husband and twin teenage sons, and outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, climbing, triathlon training, reading, board games, and even the occasional horror video game.
