Alice Richmond is a licensed professional counselor at GE Family Services, a division of Partners Behavioral Health Corporation. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Alice brings a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, working primarily with adults navigating complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, and neurodivergent identities, including autism and ADHD. Her approach blends clinical rigor with deep compassion, emphasizing individualized care that honors the lived experiences and unique needs of each client.

Alice earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado and has since devoted her career to serving populations impacted by high-acuity trauma, emotional neglect, and systemic harm. She is particularly passionate about helping clients rebuild trust in themselves and others, integrate fragmented aspects of their identity, and move toward stability and empowerment.

Currently based in Anchorage, Alice offers services exclusively via telehealth to clients across Alaska. In 2025, she plans to resume in-person appointments out of our Anchorage office. Clients working with Alice often describe her as warm, unflinching, and fiercely validating. In addition to her clinical work, Alice is a strong advocate for transparency, accountability, and calling out toxic dynamics in both personal and professional spaces.

Her work is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity to heal when offered safety, understanding, and consistent, respectful care. Whether working with trauma survivors, neurodivergent adults, or those in the midst of identity exploration, Alice meets her clients with both clinical skill and heartfelt dedication.
