Britani is PBHC’s Intake and Referral Coordinator, and she’s often the friendly first face you’ll meet on your journey. With years of experience working closely with people from all walks of life, Britani brings patience, clarity, and genuine care to every interaction. She’s passionate about walking alongside you through each step of the process, from paperwork to connecting you with the right clinician, making sure you never feel lost or overwhelmed.

Outside of work, Britani is a proud military spouse, mom to two kids, and dog mom to two beloved doggos. Raised on a Black Angus cattle farm in Iowa, she carries a strong work ethic and down-to-earth warmth into everything she does. In her free time, you’ll find her playing softball, sewing, tackling puzzles, or diving into creative, artsy projects.
