Rachel Studebaker is a pre-licensed clinician in Anchorage, offering in-person therapy and telehealth for both individuals and groups. She specializes in healthy relationships of all kinds, resilience-building, navigating life transitions, trauma, and neurodivergence.

With over a decade of experience working with youth and families in school settings, as well as with young people navigating housing insecurity and complex systems, Rachel brings a deep understanding of how personal, cultural, social, and systemic factors shape our mental health and wellbeing.

Rachel brings warmth, cultural responsiveness, and trauma-informed care to the space. She believes healing happens through connection, self-discovery, and empowerment. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, art therapy, brain-based, and somatic approaches, Rachel integrates a variety of evidence-based and creative modalities to support the needs of each individual.

She strives to create an inclusive, collaborative space where clients feel seen in their innate wisdom and supported in their own goals. Rachel lives in Anchorage with her husband. Outside of the office she can be found gardening, knitting, meandering down a trail on foot, bike or skis (often with the secret purpose of foraging), cooking, or watching a cozy show.
