How do I schedule my first appointment?
You can call or text our office, complete our online referral form, or ask your provider to send us a referral.
What should I expect at my first session?
Your first session will focus on getting to know you, your history, current concerns, and goals. Together, you and your provider will create a care plan that feels right for you.
Do I need a referral to start services?
Not always. Some insurance plans require referrals, but many clients self-refer. Our team can help you check.
