What should I do if I am in crisis?
If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, call 911. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, you can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Can I call my therapist in an emergency?
Our providers are not available 24/7. If you’re in crisis outside of business hours, please use 988 or go to your nearest emergency department.
